Highlights of MT program
Management Trainees will go through 1month General Induction Training to get familiar with the people, culture and the various processes of the organization.
Management Trainees will subsequently go through Structured Training Stints for each function for 8 months.
Comprehensive training on various Functions- Manufacturing , Sales, Marketing, Materials, Finance & Accounts, Legal , Quality Assurance , New Business Development & HR.
Focus and Commitment of Organizational Leadership - MT will do a presentation on regular basis to Business Head & HR which will form the part of his/ her evaluation.
Based on MT’s performance and the organizational requirement, MT would be assigned a particular role.

We conduct Induction Training Program for every new employee with the objective of making the initial days structured and helping individuals to mesh in within the organization with speed.
In the five day induction program, every new joinee will get the exposure of working of each function, suggestions are also invited from the new joinees in the end of the program to improve upon the process continuously and strengthen our belief of participative management.
In the end of the training, evaluation is also done.
Boundary-less Organization
We believe in job rotation and in cross-functional activities to cater to the need of continous growth and learning of human nature.
For each role, KRAs will be defined. There is a close relation between performance and rewards at Orient. Every individual’s performance and the potential for higher role will be measured through the Systematic Performance Management System.
Every individual, department and organizational will be identified and internal and external training will be arranged to improve the skill-set of the individual.
Work is worship but we believe in intangible pleasures at work place by celebrating birth-days, marriage anniversaries, monthly parties and implementing Kaizen activities and holding conferences out of the office.
